Log into your Iroiro account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the unused items in their original packaging, ensuring all protective seals are intact to qualify for a full refund.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your box before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
